On a fait un gros brainstorming tropical avec nos amis de chez @elmeleven et ce mélange insolite est enfin là : Extratropical Cyclone, la plus grande vague de tropicalité hors des tropiques.

Ce Smoothie Sour comprend des doses massives de mangue Alphonso, de fruit de la passion, de banane et de noix de coco des Philippines.

Un air de tropicalité plane sur nous.

This Smoothie Sour is packed with massive amounts of Alphonso mango, passion fruit, banana, and coconut chips from Philippines.

En septembre 2025, nous étions chez @yakimachief à Yakima, dans l’État de Washington USA, pour sélectionner les lots de houblon que nous allons utiliser cette année.
Une expérience incroyable et la chance unique d’avoir désormais des lots exclusifs, dont le résultat final est déjà bien visible dans certaines de nos bières.
Hops with benefits est une DIPA brassée à 100% avec les houblons que nous avons sélectionnés en collaboration avec @yakimachief @yakimachiefeu , et avec la présence de notre ami @gunther_not_hipster lors du brassage.
Une véritable bombe de saveurs tropicales en canette, ultra facile à boire malgré son degré d’alcool.

Back in September 2025, we were at @yakimachief in Yakima, Washington USA, selecting the hop lots we’ll be using this year.
It was an incredible experience and a unique opportunity to secure exclusive lots and the final result is already shining through in some of our beers.
Hops with benefits is a DIPA brewed 100% with the hops we selected in collaboration with @yakimachief @yakimachiefeu , featuring a guest appearance by our friend @gunther_not_hipster during the brew day.
A tropical flavor bomb in a can, and way too easy-drinking for its ABV.

The Number of the beast is a collaboration with @whitelabscopenhagen , a beautiful DIPA double dry hopped with Cascade, Motueka, Simcoe and Strata.

We’ve been invited to test their new experimental yeast and we feel honored to be part of this great experience!

In their words:

“EXP666 is an experimental Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain born out of a collaboration between @escarpmentlabs (Canada), @whitelabsyeast , @whitelabscopenhagen (USA, Denmark), and @lallemandbrewing (Canada).
This strain was selected and refined to deliver exceptionally balanced thiol expression,highlighting vibrant notes of white grape, blackcurrant, and tropical fruits while maintaining reliable and consistent fermentation performance, making it an ideal choice for brewers seeking to effectively enhance hop forward styles through biotransformation.
This strain is non GMO, is haze positive, and has a medium to high attenuation and medium flocculation character and can complete fermentation in 5-10 days temperature depending.”
